Our Cryptography team is responsible for providing platforms that support wider technology group in managing their key materials such as platform services that provide single plane of glass access to key management and automation services.

What role will you play?

In your role as a Site Reliability Engineer, you will work with the wider team on exciting projects and engineer solutions for the future of cryptographic services at Macquarie. You will work closely with cross functional teams on development and operations of our services and lead the transformation projects. Additionally, you will support and execute multiple work-streams in consultation with key stakeholders and the business leads in accordance with all applicable policies and guidelines.

What you offer

  • Critical thinking skills, with extensive experience in supporting mission critical systems 
  • Practical experience in cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services 
  • Skilled in coding languages such as Python, PowerShell
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, AppDynamics, or SIEM tools such as Splunk 
  • Ability in Agile methodology 
  • Enjoy working in a team but are also self-driven and can effectively manage tasks in a remote setting
  • Participate in the weekend on call roster to ensure support for critical issues during off hours and minimise the toil of on-call duties.
