Join our Group Procurement team and work in partnership with key stakeholders and executives across Macquarie to identify and execute supplier related initiatives aligned to Macquarie’s strategic objectives. You will drive innovation through building, maintaining and enhancing supplier relationships, as part of the Business Services Division within the Corporate Operations Group.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for identifying and implementing supplier strategies for solutions that achieve Macquarie’s business objectives. You’ll have the opportunity to have an impact in a global team responsible in delivering value for Macquarie’s operating groups, which will include supporting commercial activities across technology, professional and corporate services.

Leveraging your strong communication skills and stakeholder relationships, you will own and implement sourcing initiatives to drive efficiency across the portfolio. You will support the delivery of best-in-class solutions, strong commercial outcomes, and the highest standards of supplier risk management for our businesses. Additionally, you will analyse commercial data, market trends and understand business requirements and their challenges across your portfolio to provide targeted improvement strategies and drive value.

What you offer

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Strategic thinking capability with strong commercial acumen
  • AI & Digital experience is an advantage
  • Experience dealing with technology suppliers and stakeholders is preferred.
  • Ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and partners to drive business outcomes
  • Ability to effectively contribute and foster an innovative and collaborative team environment.
