Join us in this exciting Strategic Delivery Lead role for the Platforms, Architecture and Assurance domain, where you will be responsible for strategic leadership across Cyber and Technology teams, management and execution, and fostering teamwork and stakeholder alignment.

The Strategic Delivery Lead for the Platforms, Architecture & Assurance domain is responsible for the successful delivery of the strategic roadmap, which initially comprises four key initiatives: cryptography service uplift, cyber assurance posture management, security capability north stars, and supply chain security solutions. This role includes a seat on both the Platforms, Architecture & Assurance Leadership Team Leadership Team and the Cyber Transformation & Delivery Leadership Teams. The Lead is tasked with developing and maintaining the strategic roadmap, providing the 'strategy to execution' capabilities to achieve target outcomes, and operating via a 2-in-a-box model with a Cyber Leadership Team representative and their Product Owner(s), jointly responsible for outcomes. Additionally, the role involves continuous improvement through quarterly retrospectives to identify lessons and apply them to the next 90-day cycle. Effective stakeholder engagement is also crucial, involving co-design and delivery through collaboration with Business Unit (BU), Engineering, and Technology Account stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in strategic leadership roles within the Cyber and Technology domains.
  • Strong understanding of cryptography services and key management systems (PKI and KMS).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage resources effectively and align strategic priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance monitoring and continuous improvement practices.
