Join our Talent team and play a key role in delivering key talent initiatives across our Risk Management Group, designed to enhance performance and experiences across the full employee life cycle.

This is a 7-month contract opportunity.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will work closely with the Global Talent Lead to partner with and support Risk Management Group to deliver talent initiatives such as the performance and development cycle, promotion process, and data driven insights to support the business to make informed decisions on their talent. You will leverage your strong relationship, interpersonal, and organisational skills to support the delivery of projects in an effective way.  

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, business or related field, with demonstrated experience gained within either a Talent, Organisational Development or HR role
  • Strong analytical skills in your ability to compile, analyse and interpret data, translating them into actionable insights
  • Experience in project management, preferably in performance and promotions cycles or HR projects
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team and stakeholders, including bringing a global mindset to have an impact across different regions and cultures
  • Confident in your written and verbal abilities, including proficiency in MS office products such as Excel and PowerPoint, allowing you to effectively communicate information
  • Innate curiosity and creative problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and deliver pragmatic, innovative solutions.
