Join our Legal and Corporate Technology team supporting the Legal and Governance Group at Macquarie to deliver innovative technology solutions that will enable our customers to deliver value for our business.

What role will you play?

Reporting to the Legal and Corporate Technology Engineering Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the configuration, customisation, and integration of TeamConnect modules, including matter management, spend management, and TAP workflows. You will design and develop custom objects, fields, pages, and business logic using TeamConnect’s configuration tools, and ensure optimal system performance through regular health checks and tuning.

  • 5–7 years of direct experience configuring and implementing Mitratech TeamConnect in a legal or compliance environment.
  • Deep understanding of TeamConnect architecture, custom object design, workflows, rules, and event handling.
  • Proficiency in SQL, XML, and scripting languages (Groovy, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with integration frameworks and tools (REST APIs, SFTP, middleware).
  • Demonstrated experience integrating TeamConnect with platforms like DocuSign, Office 365, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Experience with software development life cycle process (Jira, Git, CI/CD, Releases) & DevOps experience (CI/CD, Observability, Logging, Git etc)
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) processes and best practices.
  • Experience supporting corporate legal departments, compliance teams, or legal service providers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with agile development and quality assurance is a plus.
