What role will you play?

As a Technical Analyst, you will act as the senior technical specialist within a team focused on Atlassian platforms, balancing operational support with project delivery. You will design and implement solutions across Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence, while partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective outcomes. You'll also provide technical leadership, support complex issue resolution, and mentor team members to help build capability across the team.

What you offer

  • 3-5+ years' experience in a senior technical role, providing technical leadership and guidance while supporting the development of less experienced team members
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence, including administration, configuration, automation, permissions management and platform support
  • Experience translating business requirements into practical technical solutions, evaluating different approaches and communicating recommendations to stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage both operational support responsibilities and project delivery commitments, including resolving complex technical issues and implementing solutions that utilise AI
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, gather requirements effectively, and work autonomously to deliver successful outcomes.
