What role will you play?

As the Technical Business Analyst, you will collaborate with the FP&A Technology teams to gather, document, and analyse technical requirements.
You will collaborate with project managers to produce reports and coordinate activities such as creating charters, scoping, planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and implementation. You will facilitate team and stakeholder communication, maintain project artifacts, and deliver status reports on progress, costs, and metrics.

Additionally, you will maintain and update technology platform footprints and roadmaps, oversee service desk operations, prioritize and track service requests and incidents, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. You will ensure vendor compliance, monitor SLAs, and report on metrics.

Furthermore, you will conduct audits for User Access Management, Resilience, and Disaster Recovery, identify and mitigate risks, escalate significant issues, update the Platform Risk registers, and coordinate with teams to manage risks.

What you offer

  • 3+ years' experience in project management, process mapping and service desk management
  • Proficiency in JIRA Project and JIRA Service Desk and the ability to develop operational dashboards
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
