We are looking for an exceptional Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Technical Lead to join our dynamic digital transformation team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge solutions on the Adobe Experience Platform.

What role will you play?

As the Technical Lead for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO) implementations and integrations, you will architect scalable and efficient data pipelines and schemas within the Adobe Experience Platform. You will lead the development and deployment of Real-Time Customer Profiles, Segments, and Activation workflows, integrating AEP with other Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Analytics.

Collaborating closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams, you will understand business goals and translate them into effective AEP solutions. You will ensure best practices for data governance, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and platform security are followed. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Adobe Experience Platform and related technologies, while staying current on AEP product updates and industry trends.

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing technology or data engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform
  • Strong expertise in Experience Data Model (XDM), data ingestion, identity management, and profile unification
  • Proficiency with tools and languages such as JavaScript, Python, APIs, JSON, and SQL
  • Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions and customer journey orchestration
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Additional certifications and familiarity with Adobe tools such as Adobe Experience Platform, Real-time CDP, and Adobe Analytics or Adobe Campaign are also beneficial.
