What role will you play?

In this role you will apply your process engineering skills to understand the end-to-end lifecycle of technology assets across a range of asset types. The assets you will primarily work with include infrastructure, business applications, cloud environments, end-user devices, and networks. You will work closely with stakeholders who rely on asset data to manage business and technology risk, identifying data gaps and improving how information is captured, governed and used. Your work supports teams in managing business resilience, asset ageing, and cyber risk through improved asset data reliability. Please note, this role does not include responsibility for software licence management.

What you offer

  • Foundational understanding of technology assets and how they are used across enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting technology asset lifecycle activities, including working with asset registers or configuration management databases (CMDB data)
  • Exposure to process mapping, data analysis, process improvement or problem-solving activities
  • Results driven clear with strong attention to detail and an inquisitive, collaborative approach
  • ITIL certification (v3 or ITIL 4), or experience working within ITIL‑aligned service or asset management environments.
  • Ability to understand and interpret cloud environments will be highly regarded.
