Join our technology team focused on delivering high‑quality, AI‑enhanced test automation by building and maintaining robust Playwright test suites that support critical user journeys. Working closely with developers, product owners and QA engineers, the team leverages tools like Claude Code to streamline test planning, script generation and optimisation.

What role will you play?

You will design, develop and maintain Playwright-based automated test suites, with a strong emphasis on AI‑assisted test creation and refinement. Using tools such as Claude Code, you will do test planning, script generation, optimisation, and documentation of AI‑driven workflows. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners and quality assurance teams to ensure robust automated coverage across key user journeys and uphold quality standards.

In addition, you will integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, maintain reporting dashboards, and contribute to continuous improvement of automation processes. While most work is automation-focused, occasional manual validation may be required.

What you offer

  • 4+ years of experience in software testing or test automation, with strong hands‑on expertise in Playwright
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (preferably Claude Code) for test script generation, test case design or code refinement
  • Familiarity with CI/CD integration, automated test reporting and quality dashboards
  • Strong analytical, debugging and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in Git and Agile/Scrum workflows
  • Experience of the following is an advantage:
    • Experience testing React applications and working with Python‑based services or APIs; understanding of AWS environments
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; FinTech or covenant monitoring experience and ISTQB CTFL certification.
