Join our Third-Party Risk Team, which operates within the Business Services Division. The team is tasked with establishing governance and oversight for Macquarie's Third-Party Suppliers and Outsourcing arrangements across all divisions. 

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

Working with internal risk, sourcing and supplier governance experts, including SME Risk teams, Sourcing, Technology, business aligned Supplier Governance Offices, Legal and Relationship Managers, you will identify opportunities to improve procedures, tools and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices for third-party risk.

You will identify inconsistencies in service provider profiles and data quality issues and support the creation and dissemination of supplier risk and outsourcing reports, developing internal user guides and learning content, driving awareness of policies and standards, and exploring automation opportunities for repeatable tasks.

Additionally, you will assist in upskilling relationship managers and supplier governance offices through the development of guidance materials, including procedure documents, FAQs, training and communications.

• Experience with interpreting and applying obligations against a policy or risk management framework
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with stakeholders at a business level
• Solid analytical skills and the ability to report data in a meaningful manner
• Good relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
