What role will you play?

As a Junior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executives by scheduling internal and external meetings, arranging rooms and catering, and ensuring seamless coordination. You will process the team’s monthly Amex and personal expense claims using Concur, ensuring all deadlines are met. Additionally, you will handle purchase orders and invoices via Coupa, liaising with suppliers for timely follow-ups. You will support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers, arrange travel, accommodation, and visas when necessary, and maintain an up-to-date client contact database. Furthermore, you will provide general administrative support, including office management and organizing team events. This role has the potential to lead to a sales role for the right candidate and based on the individual’s progress.

  • A degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under time limits, prioritize tasks, and thrive in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
