What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead the Banking and Payments team driving excellence in vendor and group payments through Coupa, recharges, and banking operations, including account openings. You will provide strategic leadership in payment automation, manage a team, and engage with global stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient payment solutions.
What you offer

- 12–16 years of experience in financial services with strong expertise in banking and payments
- Proven ability to lead high-performing payments teams, set objectives, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end payment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimizing banking operations including account openings
- Track record of implementing automation and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and risk mitigation skills, leveraging analytics for strategic decisions
