Join our Global Voice Services team which supports enterprise-wide unified communications infrastructure, and work in a multi-talented and diverse team across geographical locations. You will learn new technologies and help manage voice solutions and systems to meet business, service and lifecycle requirements.

What role will you play?

As a highly organised and motivated individual with an interest in providing first class support for end-users and stakeholders, you will look after the day-to-day operations of various communication, voice, and voice recording platforms, and be involved in monitoring of system dashboards for active alerting systems. With a good understanding of event prioritisation, you will action tasks accordingly across the organisation.

What you offer

  • Experience working in unified communications and/or networking in a large enterprise environment as a network or voice engineer
  • Exposure to cloud voice applications, contact centre / call centre applications and routing
  • Bachelor's degree in related field – Networking / Computer Science / Engineering / Cyber Security
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to respond to voice related outages on 24/7 basis when on-call
  • Exposure to voice recording systems (Verint v15, VFC, NICE, Dubber) in a regulatory environment is highly regarded
  • Knowledge of cloud-based UC and cloud-based calling functionality is valuable
  • Experience working in banking or energy trading environment is highly regarded.
