Are you a passionate advocate for AI, eager to reshape the software development lifecycle (SDLC)? As a Technical Delivery Manager within our AI Engineering Enablement Platform team, you'll be at the forefront of reshaping how we build software by implementing cutting-edge AI solutions at every phase. In this dynamic and innovative environment, you will lead small, multiple teams of engineers to deliver impactful AI solutions that accelerate our SDLC. We're looking for someone who is not only experienced in leading technical teams in a fast-paced, experimental setting, but also has a genuine enthusiasm for AI and can share examples of how you've implemented AI in your past work or personal projects.

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you'll be a key driver in our mission to reshaping the SDLC with AI. In this Agile, high-energy environment, you'll spearhead the delivery of AI-powered solutions that enable faster, more efficient software development. You will partner with inter-dependent engineering teams to implement AI solutions to improve and automate various phases of software delivery. 
Working closely with the Director of Delivery, you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of the AI SDLC initiatives, driving significant business outcomes. Your ability to deeply understand business challenges and translate them into effective AI-driven solutions will be crucial to our success. You will also be responsible for removing impediments, facilitating communication and aligning the team around a common SDLC vision.

  • Proven experience in technical delivery within a technology organisation, with a strong emphasis on AI and Google cloud technologies.
  • Passion for AI and a desire to leverage it to reshape SDLC, AI frameworks, tools, and platforms is a plus.
  • A solid engineering background and a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives with multiple dependencies.
  • Deep understanding of business problems and the ability to translate them into impactful technology solutions, especially leveraging AI.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to leverage data and metrics for tracking progress and ensuring business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with proficiency in risk and issue management.
  • Strong collaborative abilities to work effectively across diverse teams and platforms to achieve Epic success.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and innovative environment.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
