Be part of our Financial, People & Engagement (FPE) Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Controls Assurance team, driving robust risk management by building out a framework and methodology for testing automated and IT-dependent controls that operate across Finance, Treasury, Tax, Strategy, HR, and Corporate Affairs. What role will you play?

In this role, you will be a part of the Line 1 Controls Assurance Team to help build out a framework and capability across the wider team to test technology enabled controls in adherence to Macquarie’s risk management policies and wider Operational Risk Management framework. You will also be expected to build automation solutions for control testing of these controls.
Additionally, you’ll be expected to develop the framework for determining downstream control testing strategies based on the health of IT General Controls environment; thereby enabling the team to appropriately test IT application controls and enable the automation of control testing, along with driving the implementation of data analytics across controls assurance activities.
Finally, you will drive continuous improvement of the risk management framework through effective collaboration with Risk Management, Technology teams, and FPE business leads.
