Macquarie Capital offers global capability in M&A Advisory, Debt and Equity Capital Markets, Principal Finance, and Equity Trading and Research, underpinned by deep specialist expertise across a range of sectors. Macquarie Capital Principal Finance is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Private Credit team. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires a proactive, organised, and personable individual who can take ownership of complex diary management and frequent travel arrangements.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be providing high-level support to a team of 10 professionals. Your responsibilities will include managing complex diaries across various time zones, coordinating frequent travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers, meetings, and restaurants, and maintaining meeting and contact records via Salesforce. You will also assist with onboarding, transfers, exits, and visitor logistics, compiling and processing expenses using Concur, and managing purchase orders and invoices via Coupa, and have the chance to collaborate with other EAs to support office operations and overflow tasks. In addition, you will support the team with NDA and release letter coordination, including document execution, stakeholder communication, and legal liaison.

  • A highly organised individual with excellent time management skills
  • You have the ability to work well under pressure, manage a high workload, conflicting priorities and deadlines effectively
  • The ability to be resourceful and work independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive and approachable individual with the willingness to go beyond the scope of the usual job description
  • Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Any legal administration experience with NDA documentation, conflict clearing, or release letters, would be a plus
