What role will you play?

As the Head of Operational and Prudential Risk Technology, you will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for Operational and Prudential Risk. You will integrate and optimise vendor SaaS solutions to meet business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards. You will provide technical leadership in building solutions tailored to Operational and Prudential Risk, reporting, and regulatory requirements. You will continuously improve existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce technical debt.

What you offer

  • Deep understanding of operational risk, audit, prudential and aggregate risk concepts, data architecture, and advanced technical skills
  • Proven experience as a technology lead, preferably in the financial services or risk management domain
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including architecture, deployment, and optimisation
  • Expertise of working with vendor SaaS implementations
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka) and data transformation tools
  • Solid understanding of Operational and Prudential Risk concepts, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
