What role will you play?

As a Change Manager, you will define and implement change and engagement strategies that support the successful adoption of key digital initiatives across Macquarie Asset Management. Working closely with Digital Solution Owners and business stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring new digital solutions are embraced and embedded throughout the business.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex change and transformation programmes, particularly those involving digital adoption within global organisations
  • Expertise in designing and executing both strategic and operational change activities, including ownership of change plans, impact assessments, user profiles, and messaging strategies
  • A strong record of delivering measurable improvements in change metrics such as adoption rates, time to adopt, user satisfaction, and feedback mechanisms
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a broad range of teams and levels
  • A user-focused mindset, with the ability to identify and activate key drivers of positive change; prior experience in asset management, investment, or business enablement functions (Risk, Legal, Data, Finance, HR) is valuable.
