What role will you play?

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our technology and security portfolio. You will work closely with diverse teams to gather and document requirements, bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders. 

Your responsibilities will include analysing and improving business processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, and assisting with the implementation of solutions. You will contribute to a range of projects, from leading smaller initiatives to supporting larger programmes, helping to ensure successful outcomes for our team and clients.

What you offer

  • At least 6 months’ experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst within IT projects of varying scale.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Experience in documenting requirements, producing project analysis materials, and facilitating process design changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams.
  • Adaptability and self-motivation, with a commitment to learning and contributing in a dynamic environment.
