Our team sits within Enterprise Technology and partners closely with our Risk Management Group to design and deliver technology that supports strong risk culture across the organisation. What role will you play?

In this role you will lead engineering and architecture across Risk Management Group technology, working with large, diverse teams of engineers and leaders. You will shape technical direction, build cloud-based solutions and partner with business stakeholders to solve complex problems. Your work helps ensure our risk systems are robust, well designed and deliver a strong user experience.

What you offer

  • 10+ years’ of experience in software engineering, including building cloud-native, full stack solutions
  • Experience leading large engineering teams, including engineers, lead engineers and engineering managers
  • Strong knowledge of designing and building API-first services with a focus on scale, security and reliability
  • Experience working in agile environments with modern engineering practices such as automated testing and continuous delivery
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to partner closely with business and technical stakeholders across different locations.
