Join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant in our New York office supporting senior leaders for our Enterprise and Tax and Finance teams. In this role you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible primarily for invoice processing via Coupa, travel coordination (both domestic and international), and some calendar management. You will also have the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects.

Salary range for this position: $85,000 - $115,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative lead supporting executives or senior managers
• Demonstrated ability to think proactively, manage competing deadlines, and solve problems independently
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer focused approach
• Experience with Concur, Coupa, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
