What role will you play?

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support analysis across a range of People and Culture transformation initiatives and product BAU and change opportunities including areas across employee support, talent acquisition and reward. You will help define problems, understand business needs, and translate them into clear and actionable requirements, working closely with delivery, change, product, and technology partners. Alongside this, you will balance pace and structure across multiple workstreams to support outcomes-focused delivery.

What you offer

• 3+ years experience working as a Business Analyst or in a related role, ideally within People & Culture or a similar function
• Ability to support requirements activities, including gathering information, documenting requirements, and working with stakeholders to help translate business needs into practical solutions
• Exposure to process analysis, including helping map current and future state processes and identifying improvement opportunities
• Familiarity with agile or hybrid ways of working, and experience using tools such as Jira or Confluence to support team delivery and collaboration
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive and curious mindset, and the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
