Join our Automation & AI team, supporting the Corporate Operations Group as we deliver secure, scalable automation and AI-enabled solutions across Macquarie. You will help design and build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate and Copilot Studio to reduce toil, modernise processes and improve user experience.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will design, build and optimise automation and AI-enabled solutions using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse and the broader Microsoft Power Platform. You will help modernise legacy automations, reduce manual effort and create secure self-service solutions that support business workflows and knowledge access. Working closely with architects, platform engineers and stakeholders, you will translate process pain points into scalable, governed and reusable technical solutions.

What you offer

  • Previous experience designing and delivering automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate cloud flows and ideally desktop flows.
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, conversational AI or similar AI-enabled workflow tools.
  • Experience working with Dataverse, Microsoft 365 tools, APIs, connectors and integrations across enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform application lifecycle management, CI/CD practices, technical documentation and reusable engineering patterns.
  • Knowledge of secure and governed automation delivery in an enterprise or regulated environment, including data access controls and compliance considerations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to understand business problems, identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Exposure to Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions or API Management, and technologies such as Power Fx, JSON, robotic process automation or workflow orchestration would be beneficial.
