Join Macquarie Asset Management to partner with the fund management, compliance, legal and tax structuring teams to deliver client focused solutions. The team you will be joining provides oversight for the financial operations and accounting that supports the creation, distribution, and servicing of Alternative Investment products to our distribution partners.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3-4 days a week in our office location.

This role oversees the finance, accounting, and audit functions for a Credit BDC fund, ensuring strong financial control, regulatory compliance, and effective fund reporting. The position manages a multi-disciplinary team, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and supports investment decision-making and digital initiatives.

Salary range for this position: $240,000 - $285,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

  • Proven experience in Credit BDC financial control, fund accounting, and SEC/investor reporting for funds regulated under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and/or the Exchange Act of 1934.
  • Strong background in managing audits and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee external service providers, including Fund Administrators, Transfer Agents, and custodians.
  • Track record of building and maintaining robust control frameworks and processes to support regulatory certifications (10-K, 10-Q, SOX).
  • Experience collaborating with investment and portfolio teams, managing liquidity and qualifying asset tests, and leading teams on digital and technology initiatives within financial services.
