As a Futures Senior Analyst, you’ll be the go‑to partner for clients, helping them solve problems, manage escalations, and improve the way work gets done across teams. By using your knowledge of Futures and Options, exchanges, clearing, and advanced Excel skills, you’ll help create smoother, smarter processes that make a real impact every day.

What role will you play?

Working within our Americas Client Solutions team, you will use your relationship management and analytical skills to proactively support clients daily, developing strategic partnerships and identifying areas for improved operational efficiencies. Utilizing your technical skills, you will respond to client inquiries around trade discrepancies, commission, fee and brokerage discrepancies, and perform root cause problem analysis. You will also be a single point of contact and liaison for client requests and escalations along with working with clients and internal stakeholders on process improvement and implementing process controls.

Salary range for this position: $80,000- $95,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. You can further read about the full spectrum of benefits we offer our people listed below.
