What role will you play?

In this role you will be the accountable leader and chief product owner for our identity and access management capability. You will define the vision and strategy, guide the transformation roadmap and oversee delivery across areas such as access management and privileged access for people, systems and agents. You will lead product owners and cross functional squads to operate and improve our services, manage risk and enhance performance.

• Proven experience managing technology products and services in a customer focused way within large financial institutions, ideally in cybersecurity.
• Proven customer focus with an innovative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Proven experience creating product vision, strategy and roadmaps, and delivering through strong operational practices.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to influence, collaborate and set clear expectations in a complex environment.
• Ability to balance automation, customer experience and risk to achieve the best overall outcomes.
