What role will you play?

As a Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in delivering our business transformation agenda, helping shape and embed new features and processes aligned to strategic priorities. You will lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives, ensuring changes are successfully delivered, adopted, and measured for impact. Through strong collaboration, you will enhance experiences for clients, frontline teams, and wider stakeholder groups across the business.

What you offer

  • 5–7 years’ relevant experience or qualifications in transformation, change management, project management, or business readiness, with a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams from concept through to delivery and benefit realisation, using a structured and outcomes‑focused approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage confidently with a broad range of technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with excellent organisational skills, allowing you to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience using data management approaches and approved artificial intelligence tools to analyse information, improve productivity, and support informed decision‑making.
