What role will you play?

You will lead end-to-end design from discovery to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-impact solutions. Using insights from user research and testing, you’ll develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs (Figma), while contributing to and evolving the design system to ensure consistency and accessibility. You’ll also facilitate workshops and design sprints, champion design thinking, and play a key role in advancing design maturity across Risk Management Group’s transformation initiatives.

What you offer

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, ideally in financial services or risk/compliance domains or internal platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, including research, journey mapping, workshop facilitation, IA, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and visual design.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing visual components and contributing to design systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
