Our Product & Delivery team within the Risk Management Group Central is responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across a diverse project portfolio. We provide governance, planning, reporting, and coordination support that enables teams to deliver meaningful outcomes, maintain strong oversight, and meet business objectives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. This role will focus on supporting the Data and Business Operational Risk Management teams within the organisation with delivery of their books of work.

As a Project Manager/Reporting Support for the Data and Business Operational Risk Management teams, you will help create structure, visibility, and alignment across a broad portfolio of governance, risk, controls, and business implementations/initiatives. You will coordinate governance forums, maintain integrated roadmaps, support reporting and risk management activities, and provide insights that help teams manage priorities and meet key commitments. Working closely with stakeholders across Risk, Data, Technology, and business teams, you will play an important role in enabling collaboration and driving effective outcomes.

  • Experience in project management, coordination, programme management office, governance, risk, business management, or a similar role, ideally within a regulated environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate activities across teams, and maintain high-quality governance processes
  • Experience preparing leadership reports, governance packs, meeting materials, and stakeholder communications, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across a range of business functions, while providing clear and concise updates on progress and priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience supporting risk, controls, governance, data management, or compliance-related activities considered advantageous; familiarity with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) platforms and other tools such as Confluence/JIRA is beneficial.
