What role will you play?

In this dynamic role, no two days are the same. You will be the driving force behind a premium customer experience, providing exceptional support to coordinate our sales team and maintain a streamlined workflow. You will oversee all facets of office administration including diary management, data analytics, and client presentations, while proactively managing contracts, budget tracking, and year-round event coordination across several programs.

  • Ability to prioritise effectively with organisational and time management skills (this is of the utmost importance to successfully navigate this varied role).
  • High attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Solid administration experience with a genuine interest in the finance industry.
  • A proven ability to confidently partner with internal and external stakeholders regarding contracts, invoicing, budgets, and events.
  • Ability to communicate and influence across a range of stakeholders both inside the business and with external clients.
