Our Early Careers Team in EMEA is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging with future talent to support the growth of Macquarie. We partner closely with our businesses to deliver innovative and inclusive strategies for junior talent acquisition, development, and engagement. By fostering relationships with universities and industry partners, we ensure that we build a diverse pipeline of future professionals who contribute to our organisational success.  

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

What role will you play?

As an Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the Early Recruitment Partners in our London office and support them and their business stakeholders to further evolve our talent attraction, events, and engagement strategy.
Your role will include managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, organising and presenting at campus and industry events, build on existing partnerships with our network of universities, societies, and student ambassadors. You will be responsible for analysing the performance of our events, provide regular updates back to the team, be the point of contact for our internal employee networks and manage the events and recruitment scheduling.
