What role will you play?

You’ll closely work with a senior Product Owner/Solutions Lead in shaping and delivering the product roadmap across Oracle Fusion finance and EPM modules translating strategic objectives into clear user stories and actionable release plans. The role focuses on process improvement, standardisation, and reducing manual effort by maintaining a prioritised product backlog and championing agile ways of working. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Tax, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing ERP/EPM capabilities and design robust, end-to-end solutions with internal and external technology partners. Responsibilities include supporting release readiness, test planning, and business sign-off to ensure alignment with controls and best practices to ensure consistency in process and platform usage.

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification preferred.
  •  5–7 years post-qualification experience, ideally within Financial Services; familiarity with regulatory and statutory requirements is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience with major finance platforms, preferably Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM (Fusion General Ledger, Accounting Hub, EDMCS, PCMCS, FCCS), with a sound understanding of ledger concepts.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills across Business, Finance, Technology, Risk, and vendors; able to communicate complex issues simply and effectively.
  • Experience contributing to product management activities (e.g., backlog management, user stories, release planning) and working in agile delivery environments.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, standardisation, and control.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple assignments, operate in ambiguity, and work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data governance principles and control frameworks is beneficial.
