Join our Core and Personal Technology team as a Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of a range of initiatives across the teams’ strategic portfolio. The team provides a safe and responsive environment that enables Macquarie to pursue opportunities with confidence.

What role will you play?

Working across our technology teams, you will support the delivery of projects that address technology initiatives and challenges by bridging the gap between the technical teams to translate and document requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks and to identify opportunities for improvement.

Working closely with the broader project team, you will have the opportunity to lead small or mid-sized projects or to provide support on larger initiatives, with a view to developing your project delivery skills.

What you offer

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Experience identifying, creating and facilitating process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level
• Experience collaborating closely with developers to implement requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process
• Ability to elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diverse sets of stakeholders to manage conflicting priorities.
