Join our team as a hands-on, solution focused Executive Assistant and support our group of Directors and the wider team in Macquarie Capital’s Industrials division.

What role will you play?

Joining as our Executive Assistant, you will manage the executive team schedules including arranging meetings and conference calls whilst ensuring meeting packs and presentations are assembled. You will also be involved in processing payments, invoices and expense claims alongside accurate scheduling of travel itineraries and day-to-day running of the office. 


What you offer

  • 2+ years’ of experience working in a similar role supporting a team, handling complex diaries and organising travel itineraries
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and outstanding attention to detail
  • Outstanding stakeholder management experience with the ability to liaise, interact, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at senior and executive level.
