Join our Cyber Security team within the Technology division. The department is focused on preparing for, protecting against, and responding to Cyber Security events and is currently embarking on a transformation program.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of programs/projects aligned with business objectives, fostering teamwork and stakeholder communication. This role emphasizes strategic oversight, effective resource balancing, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances to ensure timely and successful project outcomes in a dynamic business landscape that includes collaborating with colleagues across multiple business units.

What you offer

  • 7+ years in Project Management experience with recent exposure to projects within institutional banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience in managing technology projects.
  • Experience in detailed project/program reporting and a risk mindset.
  • Adept at utilising efficient stakeholder engagement strategies within a challenging business environment.
  • Effective management of both dependencies and risks to delivery.
  • Strong facilitation, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Solid understanding and experience in different project management methodologies and common practices. For example, Waterfall and Agile.
