Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented data analyst looking to grow your skills and be part of the HR Workforce Insights team as we continue our journey to leverage people data and insights to optimize the employee experience and drive business value?

Join our team as a core contributor to our Workforce Insights Strategy as we connect data across the employee lifecycle to answer meaningful business questions.

What role will you play?

You will apply your skills in data management / analysis / modelling and visualization to deliver data and insights to support operational and strategic workforce decisions.

Working collaboratively with the team, you will build new and support existing reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as PowerBI to grow your knowledge of HR data, analytical tolls and platforms.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • A learning mindset that is open to new ways of working and actively seek out opportunities to expand your knowledge and skillset
  • Expertise in one or more of the following:
    • Data visualisation tools such as Power BI
    • Writing and running SQL to query data from various platforms (Amazon Redshift, Starburst Presto, Oracle SQL Server)
    • Microsoft products (Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, Fabric).
