What role will you play?

In the role of a Delivery Optimisation and Agile Lead, you will leverage your deep expertise to develop our Agile and Delivery frameworks and practices. You will lead by example and assist stakeholders and teams who are new to Agile ways of working, prioritise value, define appropriate delivery models, and leverage Agile practices to help set up our transformational programs for success. 

What you offer

  • Relevant industry and academic qualifications (e.g. Certified Agile Coach) with similar experience of delivery models, building out and leveraging agile practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent facilitator and influencer with a proven track record of enabling leaders deliver change at scale
  • Experience with program support and structure to ensure teams have a clear understanding of agile delivery; including support to help define work in terms of outcomes and the way in which success will be measured
  • Ability to introduce fresh ideas and feedback to ensure team interactions and cadences are effective, interesting and relevant
  • Exposure facilitating strategic planning and prioritisation sessions such as Quarterly Business Planning
  • Experience working closely with leadership to understand dependencies, metrics and reporting to measure progress and team performance outcomes through Objectives and Key Results across backlogs.

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
