The UAM (User Access Management) program is reducing user-access related risk across the Macquarie business units. Join our Organisational Change Management team and work closely with the technical delivery squads, adoption team and business stakeholders to embed changes.

What role will you play?

You will play an integral part of the Governance, Adoption and Organisational Change Management team to deliver key pieces of work by owning initiatives that can be strategic, communications or analysis based and contribute to the broader Cyber Transformation Program that will drive technical and behavioural change across the organisation.

What you offer

  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for technical writing to translate technical information into commonly understood business language to cater to a variety of audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and change management knowledge
  • Experience working on technology projects, preferably cybersecurity, using Agile ways of working
  • Excellent Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) and Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Whiteboards, Teams, SharePoint and Excel) skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage content across multiple channels
  • Ability to manage and prioritise your own work and work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
