Join our Commodities and Global Market’s Central Strategy team as a Business Manager out of our New York office. In this role you will work with the Americas Leadership team to drive and support our businesses across a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives.

What role will you play?

You will drive new business initiatives and strategy as well as support new product development processes and approvals.  You will conduct management reporting and seek to uncover new opportunities using AI.  You will drive processes through to completion while supporting operational excellence and efficiency improvement opportunities and evaluate key client initiatives and analysis.

Salary range for this position: $150,000 - $250,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

  • Experience working in a project environment with a record of delivering practical recommendations and solution.
  • Ability to be a “self-starter” and a desire to uncover new opportunities.
  • Strong financial modeling and presentation creation capabilities.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and critical thinking skills coupled with the ability to influence and advise senior clients.
  • Experience with data analytics and using AI tools.
