The Senior Compliance Manager, Client Solutions will work under the general direction of the Head of Compliance, Client Solutions and will support the client-facing activities for the public markets business of Macquarie Asset Management. Key responsibilities of your role include reviewing sales and marketing materials, managing compliance associates, and supporting the compliance program of the firm’s limited purpose broker Delaware Distributors, specifically efforts relating to sales practices.

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years relevant experience in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Proficient with relevant SEC and FINRA regulation in addition to the Series 7 and Series 24 licensures.
  • Experience with electronic document management and workflow software/systems such as Admaster Redoak.
  • Experience working in a global environment preferred with a proven track record of developing and managing a team, establishing, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with colleagues across functions and geographies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; capable of synthesizing, condensing, and conveying complex regulatory and policy information to key stakeholders in clear and simple terms.
