As a talented, experienced and ambitious Attorney in Macquarie’s Group Litigation and Investigations team, you will be responsible for providing litigation, investigation and eDiscovery support to Macquarie’s various operating and support groups, and will work with a diverse group of colleagues including Business lawyers, Compliance Professionals, Employee Relations, Technology professionals and Corporate Security.

Salary range for this position: $200,000-250,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Experience in providing legal advice on all aspects of potential and actual legal disputes
  • Ability to formulate and execute litigation strategy, identify, review and evaluate evidence, conduct witness interviews, manage outside counsel and interface with regulators and enforcement staff
  • You will possess a Juris Doctor and license to practice in New York
  • Minimum of four years of complex litigation and regulatory enforcement experience
  • Significant experience working on Securities Exchange Commission, Department of Justice and/or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority investigations
