What role will you play?

In this role, you will play a critical part in a range of activities, working alongside all levels of the Financial Management Group in London and India and will take responsibility for overseeing the end-to-end UK VAT return reporting process. You will liaise with HMRC in relation to relevant UK VAT matters as well overseeing the period-end reporting processes for the wider team. You will support the business-aligned indirect tax teams with relevant indirect tax reporting matters as needed whilst also supporting the management of and reporting on risk and governance for the wider EMEA Indirect Tax team (including data governance).


What you offer

  • Qualified accountant or tax advisor.
  • Will ideally have 5+ years’ experience in indirect taxes.
  • Experience within the EMEA Financial Services industry or another large corporate organisation.
  • Multi-national tax accounting and/or VAT compliance experience.
  • Critical to this role is your ability to balance multiple tasks and assignments, successfully manage your own work in an autonomous environment and proactively take responsibility and ownership for issues impacting your own tasks.
