Join our Risk Management Group's Compliance program in New York. As a Financial Services Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the data and reporting needs for the Americas Compliance department.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will support the Head of Conduct Risk and Regulatory Assurance for the Americas region along with the development and maintenance of reporting and distribution within the Americas region. You will regularly examine data reports to identify trends, critical risks, and regional/global synergies. In addition, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to meet the business needs of the region and act as a point of contact in relation to data queries.

Salary range for this position: $85,000 - $105,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of compliance experience within the financial services industry
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of OpenPages data extraction and database management.
  • Robust analytical and critical thinking skills for the development of data-driven reports and problem resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with success in  developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
