What role will you play?

As a Software Developer, you will deliver software solutions that empower our people to innovate and invest for a better future. Collaborating with colleagues across the globe, you will work with a variety of modern technologies, all built on our cloud-based infrastructure. 

You will have the satisfaction of seeing the software development process through from start to finish and witnessing the impact of your work on our business. This includes understanding the business case for the software, defining the requirements, and delivering the final solution. You will design, make technology decisions, ensure security by design, code, document, test performance, and provide support.

What you offer

• Experience with Airflow, containers/Kubernetes, GitOps/ArgoCD, and Vault; familiarity with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and RDS, including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proven engineering skills with the capability to use Python and AWS for building data pipelines and microservices.
• Understanding of design patterns, testing methodologies, and the overall SDLC.
• Comfort in proposing designs, gathering feedback, building solutions with reusability in mind, and documenting/explaining how these solutions work.
• Comprehension of security concepts, including authentication and authorisation.
