What role will you play?

In this role, you will own key change management deliverables across a series of workstreams focused on improving risk and change management capabilities for the Commodities and Global Markets team. Workstreams changes will be across technology, data, processes, and people. You will be responsible for scoping and defining the change management plans to ensure workstream outcomes and changes are embedded.

You will also lead comprehensive change impact assessments to identify and address implications across the organisation and manage readiness activities to support adoption of change. Additionally, you will be responsible for effectively managing competing priorities and be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and driving engagement to ensure the smooth delivery of communication, training and change activities.

• Strong stakeholder management and verbal and written communication skills across all levels and multiple functions, including Business, Technology and Risk
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to break down complex ideas into easy to digest content
• Experience delivering change management activities across complex projects containing multiple streams
• Experience working with trading, banking or risk oversight will be highly regarded.
