In this role, with the Sustainability Digital Solutions team, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary scrum team to provide Macquarie Asset Management stakeholders with access to accurate and timely sustainability information.

What role will you play?

You will be working with a variety of financial and Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) data sets, from internal and external sources to support the development of digital solutions that will be used to fulfil regulatory and client reporting obligations and to deliver insights to inform investment decision making and oversight. You will also have direct input into the ongoing delivery of key sustainability reporting deliverables.

What you offer

• Experience in a Financial Services or Consulting setting, with experience delivering digital capabilities or other related change and regulatory, financial and/or Sustainability reporting. Prior asset management experience advantageous
• Inquisitive mindset, strategic thinker, analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Comfortable with large data sets and quantitative analysis
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of “the big picture”
• Adept at engaging, collaborating and influencing people at all levels and areas
• Intermediate/Advanced experience with Microsoft Office
