Join our team as a Portfolio Administrator in our Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) Operations team within Macquarie Asset Management. In this role, you will play a key role in various operational tasks and quality control processes.

What role will you play?

In this financial operations role, you will work with various stakeholders across the business to improve operational efficiencies within the SMA group. Additionally, you will perform daily cash and asset reconciliations, aggregate data, generate reports, and play a role in processing tax harvest requests, which includes reconciling custodial cost basis information. You will be responsible for quality control duties that include, but are not limited to, the validation of cash and security flow entries.

What you offer

• Tertiary qualification in a business discipline, along with post-qualification experience of at least 1-2 years in accounting and operational roles within the financial services industry.
• Good understanding of quality control processes and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and peers, as well as excellent research and analytical skills. Previous exposure to the Vestmark and APL investment management platforms is advantageous.
