What role will you play?

Reporting into the Program Director, you will play a leading role in implementing change across Macquarie’s institutional businesses.

You will use your change management expertise to set the change strategy and scope, define the activity plan, lead comprehensive change impact assessments, and manage readiness activities. You will effectively manage competing priorities and be comfortable liaising with global stakeholders.


What you offer

  • 5+ years’ of experience in change management on complex projects and/or across multiple streams
  • Ability to work efficiently in a geographically dispersed team
  • Financial Services experience preferred, but not necessary.
