Join our Sydney based Prudential Risk team as an Executive Assistant and play a key role in supporting our Senior Leadership Team.

What role will you play?

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for diary management, expense claims, onboarding and offboarding of new staff and other ad hoc tasks. Working closely with the Executive Assistant Team, you will help coordinate team events and oversee the day-to-day management of the office, coordinating meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders, whilst proactively anticipating the needs of the Executives you support.

  • Experience managing diaries, coordinating meetings, arranging events and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, planning and problem-solving skills and an organised and personable approach
  • A flexible, positive, can-do attitude coupled with the ability to multi-task and manage your workflow proactively and autonomously
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail.

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
